The Sunday Post #58 - Hello April!!!

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimberly @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer
It's a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog and showcase books and things you received, share news about what is coming up on your blog for the week ahead, and more.

It has been a fun week for us. We went to the zoo, went swimming at the springs, and even went camping! It was tons of fun and the toddler loved it all.
We also did lots of home improvement projects and gardening. I didn't think I'd have any luck with tomatoes again this year but I've already gotten 6 ready-to-eat in the past couple of days! Woot!
I didn't finish any books this week, though, and I'm already behind on blogging, but I have hope that I can catch up and it will be an awesome April, especially because I'll be posting my 4 year blogoversary (with giveaways) very soon!

New To My Shelves
I have no idea where this came from and it's not really my typical type of fiction but it does sound cute so I might give it a try this summer when I'm in a more contemporary mood.

What You Might Have Missed
I shared a picture book review for Leonardo the Terrible Monster by Mo Willems and a review for the very exciting new Middle-Grade novel, The Gauntlet by Karuna Riazi. This week's Top Ten Tuesday asks which authors we would love to meet (in my case, will probably never meet because life isn't being extra nice to me.) My Can't Wait Wednesday/Waiting On Wednesday features The Crown's Fate by Evelyn Skye.

If you're curious, I also shared my March Wrap Up and My April TBR.

Coming Soon
It's Lazy Day Lit's 4 year blogoversary this month so keep an eye out for the celebration and giveaways! I'm giving away a physical book and a couple of my super cute panda bookmarks.
I'll also be sharing a few book blasts and a very special blog tour, both with great giveaways!

Who else is watching this?! The book was really good. I'm only on episode 2 but I think this is going to be just as good.

Guys!!!! I FINALLY got to watch this! I've been waiting so long!

Have a great week, readers!
