  1. Oh, I love your chosen topic! Such a great idea! I have read some of the series you mention (and even actually finished them) and they are totally worth the read!

Thanks for stopping by my TTT post earlier :)

  2. Great topic! I've lost count of the number of series I'm in the middle of :') I keep discovering new books and new first-in-a-series that distract me from finishing the series I've started. You've got some great books to look forward to though! I love TMI, TID and The Wolves of Mercy Falls which are ones I'm all up to date with.

Here's my top ten for this week!

Have a great week and happy reading! :)

    1. I definitely could have added another 10 series that I need to finish! It's so hard to wait until all of the books are out before reading the series (especially if it's a new series where only the first book is out!) I get distracted by new series all the time. It's so hard to keep up!

  3. I have so many series that I've started but haven't finished yet. Like you I haven't finished the Mortal Instruments series (I haven't even started Infernal Devices yet) & I need to read Forever which is crazy because I LOVED the first 2 books and bought Forever as soon as it came out. Another one I really want to catch up with is John Marsden's Tomorrow series.

My Top Ten Tuesday is my favourite books of 2013 so far:

  4. Great topic! I'm reading the first Mortal Instruments--so I have quite a few books to get through there. I do want to read the Infernal Devices, too.
I still need to read the second book for the Mara Dyer series and the last few books of the Gallagher Girls series.
Great list! I did my favorite covers of upcoming 2013 books.

  5. Great topic! I could make a Top One Hundred list of series I've started but haven't finished. There are SO MANY. I love series, it's just really hard for me to finish them sometimes. I don't know why that is, but at least I'm not alone!

  6. I need to finish TMI, too (I've only read the original trilogy). The last book of the Nicholas Flamel series is one of the best ones. And all of the Graceling books are amazing!

    Hope you enjoy them!!

  9. I've started the mortal instruments and need to finish that as well. I think the story lines are imaginative and interesting but the way they are written kind of bothers me. I think she gets better as the books go on. I can't wait to see it on the big screen though!

    1. It's been a few years since I read them so I can't vouch for her writing style. I enjoyed the first 3 books but can't remember a single thing about the 4th. From what I've heard, the 4th isn't very good but the 5th is better. :)
Oh yes! I'm looking forward to Jonathan Rhys Meyers playing Valentine. :)
